A new season is underway! Here are Emmanuel’s solo performances coming up this year.
October 21, 2026 – Bangkok, Thailand Cultural Centre
World premiere of Narongrit Dhamabutra’s Harp Concerto “In Memoriam” with the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and Douglas Bostock. The concert, “Forever in Our Hearts”, is given in grateful remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, and also features Sibelius’ Finlandia and Dvořák’s “New World” Symphony.
October 23, 2026 – Recital and masterclass in Bangkok
Two days later, a solo recital at 140 Wireless Road, presented with the Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, after an afternoon masterclass at the Royal Bangkok Symphony Music School.
December 10, 2026 – Espoo Cultural Centre, Finland
Back in Finland for Saint-Saëns’ Morceau de concert and Pierné’s Concertstück with the Tapiola Sinfonietta and conductor Ryan Bancroft.
February 18, 19 & 20, 2027 – Auditorium de Lyon, France
Thomas de Hartmann’s Harp Concerto “La Guzla: Slavic Rhapsody” with the Orchestre national de Lyon and Kirill Karabits, including a “Concert découverte” afterwork performance on the 19th.
March 18, 2027 – BYU, Provo, Utah
A solo recital in the BYU BRAVO! series, alongside masterclasses.
March 21, 2027 – Southern Oregon University, Ashland, Oregon
A solo recital opening Anima Mundi Productions’ “Heart of Humanity” concert series.
April 10, 2027 – Thalia Mara Hall, Jackson, Mississippi
Back with the Mississippi Symphony Orchestra for “Majestic Showpieces”: Pierné’s Concertstück and Saint-Saëns’ Morceau de concert.
April 13, 15, 16 & 18, 2027 – Camerata Pacifica, Southern California
A rare all-harp program with Cristina Montes Mateo, from Smetana’s Die Moldau for two harps to Fauré, Takemitsu, David Bruce and Gareth Farr, at The Huntington (San Marino), Zipper Hall (Los Angeles), the Music Academy of the West (Santa Barbara) and the Scherr Forum (Thousand Oaks).
April 30 & May 1, 2027 – Symphony Center, Chicago
Emmanuel’s debut with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra in Joe Hisaishi’s Harp Concerto, conducted by the composer.
May 20 & 22, 2027 – Winspear Centre, Edmonton
Joe Hisaishi’s Harp Concerto again, this time with the Edmonton Symphony Orchestra and conductor Earl Lee.
